Bowley's On The Bay - Middle River

Amazing! Although I'm biased anyway, as much as I LOVE the beach, and this place is a VIBE! I've lived in Bowleys Quarters for almost 2 years and ate here for the first time last month with a group of Sorority sisters. I WILL be back. The food was delicious, our server *Megan* was awesome and very accommodating of our party of about 9 or 10 ladies. So happy I live right in the area and this gem is less than 2 miles from my door. #ToesInTheSand #DrinkInMyHand

What an amazing view. I grew up boating on Rock Creek never realized how beautiful Middle River could be. Wife and I met a few couples to listen to awesome music by Sagamore and celebrate a birthday. Drinks were cold and refreshing and food was great. Highly recommend starting with the Amazing Cauliflower bites . You cannot go wrong with the Fish Taco 's that my wife ordered....tasty and full of Mahi Mahi with a aoli sauce that had a nice tang with the picked fennel.....Wasabi?. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked. I ordered my Pirate Burger rare and it was excellent with fries on the side. The over easy egg added a creamy texture to an outstanding burger. Gotta give props to our waitress for getting the order correct for the large table. Considering the crowd on a warm. summer Saturday evening she was on point. Beautiful sunset on the beach, great music, wonderful friends and good food.....what 's not to like? Can 't wait to return on this Chesapeake Oasis to try the Poke Bowl.

I visited here and the food was not good. I mean it wasn't horrible but it definitely wasn't good, or exceptional. The atmosphere and service was good

Great customer service. Fantastic food! I recommend the brussel sprouts as an appetizer.

Bowley’s on the Bay is a great spot, especially during the summer months. I enjoy the food but most importantly I loved the atmosphere!
