Carvel Ice Cream - Middle Island

Awful experience. Took my family to get ice cream on a Thursday night and my mom got a waffle cone with soft serve he barely filled it up with ice cream when we asked for more the gentleman simply looked at us and said no. Really rude. We even asked if we needed to pay more to have more ice cream and he smirked and said no that?s the size of it. I?m simply upset ended up not getting ice cream for myself. Won?t be coming back to this carvel. There?s plenty others where the

Went for our normal sundae?s Wednesday July 20th. Walked in and it was crowded and no ac was on. An incubator for Covid. Workers were sweating. Extremely disappointed!!!

Recently the ice cream is practically melted when they make it. By the time I get home (which is like 5 minutes away) my ice cream is completely melted. Kind of disappointed and may stop getting ice cream from them. Maybe there is something wrong with their ice cream machines.

Walked in and was greeted kindly by a young man. He then politely took my order and it came out great. Awesome Carvel!!
