Starbucks - Mid Sussex

Have used this Starbucks several times for work meetings with my Manager as it is about equally distant from each of our homes and most importantly there are no limits on parking unlike at some sites. It is also big enough that you don't feel like you are outstaying your welcome and if nice weather sitting outside is good Some have mentioned cleanliness and slow service as issues personally have never found this and certainly no longer a wait than at other coffee shops, but I suppose it sometimes gets busier with visitors to the Travelodge next door loading up with coffee before leaving

This specific Starbucks service is a disgrace. They are incapable of dealing with more than 1 order every 5 mins. It’s truly shocking how abysmal their speed at serving and making drinks is.

I came on to write a 5 star review after getting brilliant customer service from Sally, I saw all the other reviews say the same! She is a credit to Starbucks and deserves a mention!

Sally the manager is fantastic and caring person who always remembers me and my family and makes our visit very special each time.

We love this Starbucks. Sally, the manageress is so lovely. She always remembers our names and sings me a little song 'Mandy ' when I walk in. It 's such a welcoming place and all the staff are always friendly and polite and you can have a laugh with them. The place has been refurbished and it looks so nice which includes Lovely big tables outside. It is always clean and tidy, including the toilets. We live in Crawley, and we have Starbucks in Crawley but we like to drive to the Hickstead one for the friendly service and the cleaniless of the place. Thank you to the lovely Sally and all the lovely staff for your continuing hard work. If you haven 't visited this Starbucks then I suggest you do because you will not be disappointed. :
