Singing Hills Golf Course - Mid Sussex

Disappointing is the only word I can use. This course used to be in great condition but for some reason in less than a year is gone from 'great ' to 'like playing in a farmer 's field '. Greens were in dreadful shape and the tee boxes were barely flat and most looked like a tractor had been over them. Not sure if they are trying to wind it down to get the developer 's in but it really feels like it. Very sad they are still charging decent money for a shocking course. One wonders if they have gotten rid of the groundstaff as the place is just not cared for at all. Sadly this will be our last visit as it 's not worth the money or the travel effort. If I were a member there I would be looking at the way it 's run and asking some serious questions.

From the minute we arrived ,we was made to feel unwelcome ,society of 24 golfers Inc food ,staff lacking customer relations ,bar staff need retraining and quite unfriendly ,after spending nearly 2 grand would expect to be made more welcome definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be returning ,

A really outstanding breakfast: four of us asked for omelettes not sure if they were on the menu but the chef made a spectacular job of it and we were all delighted. Friendly and very efficient service along with a pleasant room made for a most enjoyable meal. Recommended.

Played here today. The course was in very poor condition, in fact I question whether it should have been open at all. It was very muddy and boggy throughout and made for a very unenjoyable round. Ended up covered in mud. It makes one think that they are just open to take the money and to hell with the playing experience. Will not be returning.......... Ever!!!!!!

The restaurant always produces good quality food all day, every day. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner you won’t be disappointed. I always look forward to a round of golf with food to follow here.
