Costa - Mid Sussex

I understand that coronaviruses have warned the heads of the people so far that there is a war. but I was not prepared for the AWFUL seat -in experience of this caffe. it was clean and that was the only positive virtuous it had. as much atmosphere as a car. I asked for a simple teller for my Sicilian lemon muffin and was told to them that they can eat, but we only do takeaway and we don't offer any teller. get some grips! I'm sure they don't want to be under the league.

As a loyal Costa Coffee customer, I was looking forward to my usual order of a vanilla ice latte with almond milk. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the drink this time. In a rush, I decided not to wait and instead took the drink to go in my car. However, when I finally tried it, I found that it was the coldest coffee I had ever purchased and I could only taste the milk.

The customer is not treated like royalty at this Costa location. I felt like I was more of a burden than a valued patron. I had to leave after waiting for just a minute with no service in sight. It felt like they were more focused on themselves than on serving customers. They clearly don't care about their brand.

Two times on the way down and back from the coast. yes it is a costa so that the coffee is ok, but the service at this service station costa is so incredibly slow it ridiculous. many of the workers seemed hanging around, not doing anything. there is also confusion over seasonal drinks, as we got a smoothie type on the way down, which was supposed to be the ice-salted karamellatte. on the way back we asked about the same drink and got a watery cold coffee with ice cubes. the barista was told us the second “knew what he did”. the place is also not very clean when we visit with several sticky and crumbling tables. they are going to leave for a while when they are harassed to wait.

Enjoyed our coffee and bacon baps on the offer. Coffee superb, and bacon baps very good indeed, especially on the discounted offer. Nice location, friendly and helpful staff.
