Fries so good it's almost the equivalent of eating the booty like it's groceries

Food was excellent even with a line of 9 cars, lot of the bad reviews you see have never worked fast food, especially not a fast food place operated by only 2 ppl in an extremely stressful environment. Mistakes happen but personally my orders have always been on point here. This is my favorite rallys by far. Highly highly recommend.

So when me and my family went to this so called customer service establishment we were told well over a 1/2 hour before closing that we can only get burgers and fries whereas where I work it doesn 't matter if it 's one minute before closing you have to makewhatever is ordered it does not matter and then the sub par employee did not get our order complete he didn 't even add a combowe ordered which he himself asked us what drink and everything and still made us pay for it, he should have given it to us sincehe did not perform his job requirements properly. And when we tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill which is LEGAL US CURRENCY heproceeded to tell us he couldn 't take it with ZERO explanation as to why. So not only could we not order everything we wantedthey wouldn 't take our legal money. I feel like the better buisness bureau needs to be notified about the serious wrongdoings ofthis so called professional buisness. Obviously they are jot professional nor do they care about their customers and providingTRUE customer service. I hope the person working the window and headset on October 7th, 2022 between the hours of 12 and 1 a.m.is fired. He doesn 't do his job right at all. ALSO when we got home and looked at our food the WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! And Ibelieve they did it on purpose because they didn 't like how dissatisfied I was. Well I 'm sorry if you can 't take criticism anduse it to do your job BETTER. Obviously this place and the owner does not care about the service received by the customer. Ihope they go out of buisness because this town doesn 't need more sub par businesses bringing it down. I truly hope the ownersees this and makes it right. I should have just gone to McDonald 's. I truly believe that this employee was just trying tomake his night easier by not giving the customers what they wanted and only what he was willing to do. I hope something is doneabout this and that they make this company worth having around. Its really a shame that owners

Their fries are the best! I asked for a shake, and the response was we haven 't had shakes in three months . The drive up intercom was not working, so one of the staff had to come out and take the order. I wonder if the intercom has been out for thelast three months.

Had a bacon burger was all I had to eat all day yesterday. I started puking last night I felt fine till about 20 minutes after I ate here.. this place has really gone down hill over the years wouldn't recommend to even feed to your dog..
