Reserved the table on this app thought it would shorten the waiting. When I arrived, people waited 10 minutes ago for someone to pay attention to them. I tried to find a tea member, and if I told myself, it would be 45 minutes. I said you could have told us something so we wouldn't waste our time. The African American screamed and said you didn't talk to me like that.

After we go to the zoo, we needed a quick bite to eat and a place to watch the Cubs game. Olivia, our waitress, was incredible! Super friendly, attentive and personal.

Everything worked well, but when we arrived for our reservation, they said they did not take reservations and that they have never seen Open Table. Not sure where the separation was, but they could put us within 30 minutes.

They didn't have our reservations, and the music was so loud that we had to shout to be heard. Food was fat and disgusting.

I expressed my frustration, questioning why we weren't informed earlier to avoid wasting our time. In response, an African American lady raised her voice and reprimanded me, saying, "Sir, you cannot speak to me like that."
