Nowhere to sit tables are filthy ask the employees to clean off some tables he told me to eat outside. We went outside and the door is locked have to walk around building to get back in. As we sit at a dirty table to eat and never came out to clean tables. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
I've had good in the past but tonight was horrible. I waited an hour for food and watched an new employee quit twice. This was a really bad experience and if I wasn't hungry enough probably would have gotten a refund. Wish I never went. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Just had the most annoying expierence ever. I walk in and there 's only 2 people in front of me. All together I was there for over 30 minutes. That 's all that really needs said but let 's talk about it. 1) 2nd time in like a week they didn 't have chips. That 's outta their control sometimes probably so wel give em a pass. 2) its dinner time. They have 3 people working. A) there 's a cashier. She doesn 't move from the register. She 's worked here for a very long time. She 's cool. Very nice. I don 't put fault on her but I 'm sure her not moving from register adds to the scenario for workflow. B) there 's some new guy. Had to be new. He had no idea what he was doing. Nobody was helping him either. Legit 2 people In front of me when I got there. Spent over 30 minutes there. By the time I left the line was past the door which doesn 't happen again this location. There were multiple pickup orders waiting. People were leaving and the line was still past the door. Back to the guy having no idea what he was doing, a guy in from of me got a burrito. Had the most insane portions. It was comical. Normally that 's good right. However when dude went to make my stuff I had to tell him literally three times to give me more rice and the rice was still under a normal portion. I literally just gave up C) third employee was some lady i had never seen before. Running around in the back doing alot of nothing while new guy burned the place down. 2 notes on workflow. 1) the normal station was out of black beans. The new guy would literally take food from the normal station to the delivery station to put black beans on stuff. The chick running around in the background doing alot of nothing, you would think her first action would be, hey we need black beans up front 2) when the new guy finished making my burrito he didn 't fold. Just left it by the register and started on the next order. I stood there for several minutes like a deer in in headlights crying on the inside saying please someone just fold my burrito. I just want to leave.
It’s one thing to be out of ingredients, busy, and even short staffed. There is no excuse for being rude and inconsiderate to people who just want to know where the food is that they paid for 45 minutes ago.. EDIT reached out to Chipotle as they suggested in their response, but the AI chat bot doesn’t let you speak to anyone real.. on par with the in restaurant experience.
Lately they are out of everything. Went the other day, no chips, tortillas, hard shells, fountain drinks or even utensils. The week prior, it was so bad they closed because it was so bad. C'mon chipotle we need you! Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
