Bidrage med feedbackDear [Restaurant Name], I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my family's visit to your restaurant yesterday. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren (ages 6 and 9), and I arrived for dinner around 5 PM and dined on the terrace until we left at approximately 6:40 PM. As we were leaving, we encountered a woman on the veranda and on the pathway with a Great Dane. As we passed by, the dog lunged at my son, narrowly nicking him on the ear. While it did not break the skin, it frightened my grandson, as well as his parents and me. The dog’s owner approached and attempted to get my grandson to give the dog a treat, stating that she had taken the dog to obedience school and that it was learning proper behavior. Given that the dog had just lunged and startled my grandson, I can’t understand why he would be expected to reward it with a treat. I appreciate that you maintain a welcoming environment, but allowing this kind of behavior in your restaurant is unacceptable. It could have led to a far more serious situation, and I must emphasize that we will not return if we see this dog on the terrace in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Your Name]
The tenderloin is cooked to perfection, in my opinion it is truly excellent.
This is a fantastic family restaurant. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
