Wendy's - Miami

I saw a roach at the cashier machine!!!store not clean!!!

I placed an order via the app. When I arrived they told me that they did not have frosties or fries. They offered me a soda for the frosty and chili for the fries. The chili was half full. Overall we were less than happy with our visit. The Hot honeyChicken sandwiches were their saving grace. They were good.

When wendy’s was my first work, I know we never forced to get only big combos. at 2 places my friend went to this place and pulled to the running gear thru and I can tell them that they only order large orders no small or medium and all their side items were not available and if they got the biggy bag she has to update it, she can not get a regular biggy bag. I know how to ask if they want to update their combo, but that wasn't that. the first time I heard they say that I'm okay, whatever. but there was a second opportunity where she went to the same place and they told her the same. this is a company location and the company must take part seriously. to force customers to get only big orders, especially when yall rose in price is ridiculous. I asked my old manager that I worked with wendy’s when they were allowed to do this and they absolutely did not say and that they should be reported in any case. I wonder if anyone else had this problem on this place?

We didn't waited that long for our food to be prepared. The only problem I have with them is that when they are short of staff they have all the doors lock. It was just one time I went there and it was a door open when they were short of staff. Other than that I didn't have no other problem.

Wendy's is always good. They have a good choice of food and have great customer service. Sadly, when I went to this location, they didn't accept debit or credit cards! This was a bummer, but from past experiences with Wendy's, I have to rate 4 star's.
