Wendy's - Miami

Today 30 minutes ago. Woman at the drive tru might be having a bad day or she just rude af. She basically rushed me ordering. After I reached the window I told her good morning. She gave a mean mug.. what's the point of working? Mind as well stay home give someone else a chance for a job??‍

Only 1 cashier taking orders and handing out food. I ordered o line and got my food faster than the people in line. Refill a drink requires you to het in line, the soda machine is right there.

Got my order wrong and gave me completely different drinks. Although they F’ed me over, line was long but moving very fast (probably what made them screw up) but oh well.

Good food. Staff was nice courteous even if my order was wrong lol

All that matters to me about this location is the service and the food. Both were great! As for the condition of the building, that's the franchise owner's fault and sincerely needs to consider remodeling the place.
