Bidrage med feedbackJeferson very good masterchef. You give me masterpiece I love it. Because My first time. You have good teammates and good service me. Very thank you. I coming run my dream Food: 5/5
I’ve been going to Akashi for several years. The one by Coral Gables was my favourite authentic Japanese w/o pretension in Miami. I went to the one in Brickell two years ago and was not as impressed.I had dinner last week at Akashi in Brickell and felt the standard had slipped yet again. The food was just Ok as was the service. But it’s a far cry from how well they used to do things at the older location off Coral Gables. Apparently its now called Tokyo Tuna ?? which is consistent with it being less authentically Japanese.
Chicken teriyaki is mediocre at best. Drenched in oily sauce and mushrooms.
Sushi is ok, price fair.Be careful when ordering something on the wooden tableware like a sushi boat, they might not notice that it was already broken and they would make you pay for it. Not big deal, just an unexpected extra.
I ordered a sushi and sashimi combination, but the fish tasted old and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The rice was dry and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. This is not even decent-quality sushi. I wanted to support a local restaurant, but the food they served should have been thrown out yesterday. Food rating: 2/5.
