Dear honey-baked ham business, but on a Saturday at 1030 clock to foot and wait 5 minutes and not 1 person to come and take her order is disappointing. not sure what's going on, but business is open, but no one is there.

Horrible !!!!!Every year its the same!!You need to have a (Current)sign of what you have and don't have so people won't be standing in line in vein!!!! That goes for the orders too online or regular so people won't have a fit when you try to change type of Lines last-minute or don't want to get out of the lines because that's what you said first and that's not there mistake or problem!? SEPARATE THE LINES PERIOD ACCORDING TO PICKUP,ONLINE ORDERS ONLY,ELDERLY! SOMETHING!! and PLEASE don't give the guards this JOB, to they ALREADY HAVE ONE ,to keep us safe for UN-orderly people and for the Unforseen! There's too many dam CHIEF'S HERE ,there should only be 1!!!This is what STARTS THE PROBLEM!Let them do the job they were hired for and the WORKERS do there's!! and YOU NEED MORE CASHIERS AND AT LEAST SOME CHAIRS FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE DAM HOT HUMIDITY ,you are human,right!?? (DO BETTER)Please.

Not what they used to be. I've been getting these since the 90's but this years was totally different. The glaze was a rock hard dried out shell like plastic and I had to crack it off to see the slices. Also, the ham wasn't properly sealed, it was literally open to the air and you could see the ham. Grossed me out and I didn't even eat it, seemed un sanitary somehow. Sad to see something so great go bad.

Their a total rip off I paid $100 for a ham between 11-12 lbs and when I got there they try to give me a barely 11lbs!! I told the young man helping me unpaid for 11-12 lb and what I wanted was what I paid for!!! They don't care to help customers that paid for a specific size of ham. Awful place do not go there not worth it. Rip off
