The Deck At Island Gardens - Miami

One of my favorite place in Miami at water, perfect view and seating and service. Drink and ambient is amazing

What I thought would be a great experience for my daughter’s birthday ended up being a very poor experience. I picked this restaurant to have a relaxed time with the family, but it turned out that after a few hours at the dinner table and consuming $1,500 it truly wasn’t enough to keep us there. I got up to go to the restroom and Arnaud Espineira, General Manager asked my wife to get up from the table, close the bill, and wait in the lounge area for me. After confronting Arnaud about it he got super defensive and accused me of calling him stupid. Anyhow if you’re thinking about hanging out here, it’s probably not a good idea if you can’t keep consuming at the rate they would like you to. This is pretty crazy considering how much we spent. Wish Arnaud would have been a little more discrete and waited for me to get back to the table to explain the situation. But he waited for me to get up, and then addressed the situation. Nice place, but it’s unfortunate it’s managed this way.

Food is a bit overpriced. But you can’t beat this view! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We were here two times and every time we say we're coming back. not only eating is very good, looking at miami and the boats and stunning. the music is less volume and mixes well into the background. the seats in the free are comfortable and designed for a bit. we are looking forward to our next visit! We got appetizers and cocktails here because we already ate dinner. The charcuterie plate and tuna were delicious. Generous portions. The vibe is also great and you can't beat the views.
