Taco Bell - Miami

I went through the drive thru. I was told I parked in the parking lot to wait for food. It took a long time to get it. As soon as I got home, all Tacos were soggy. Not very appetizing.

So so so disappointed. NO ONE WOULD TALK TO YOU MAKING YOU SELF ORDER. NO UPDATE ON NEW MENU. Come on #tacobell y'all have always led the way... till now! ?

Horrible service every single time. This is the closest store to my office so I tried it a few times hoping the service would get better. I was always disappointed. Everyone watches you but won't come and attend to you. Anything you have to say, you have to yell it across the store. The online order option does not work correctly with their system so I had to show them my receipt and reorder everything there. Very poor management.

Terrible don?t go! Effort in making the food is nonexistent. But then again what can you expect from a fast food place. 7/27/20

Tonight I asked a family member to pick up a couple of Deluxe Cravings Boxes for dinner on their way over to my house. The items were dumped into a bag and when asked for Fire sauce, they reluctantly dropped some into the bag. The combo should haveconsisted of a medium drink, a Chalupa Supreme Steak, a Beefy 5 layer burrito, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, and Chipsand Nacho Cheese Sauce. What we got was a medium drink, Chips and Cheese Sauce, A tiny tightly wrapped mostly bean burrito (Iactually had to look for the beef and finally found a little), a soggy (also lacking in beef see the picture) Nacho CheeseDoritos Locos Taco, and NO CHALUPA OF ANY KIND (steak or otherwise)!!!! The components we ended up with were the same for bothcombos. A complete RIPP OFF!! There conveniently was also no receipt in the bag either. We did not go back for the missingitems because the location over 6 miles away. We did however try to call the store and they are not answering the phone. Iassume they are serving up the same lacking and missing items to others and don 't want to bother with the complaints! It wasan expensive for a bag full of nothing. The manager should be ashamed!!!
