Subway - Miami

We chose to order a foot-long veggie sub with patties, and the server was incredibly polite, which really enhanced our Subway experience. We were uncertain about whether to get a chocolate cookie or an oatmeal cookie, but ultimately, we went with the chocolate cookie. To our delight, she offered us an oatmeal cookie to try at no extra charge. What a thoughtful gesture! We tipped her generously in appreciation. Her hospitality and friendliness truly elevated our dining experience.

I visited this restaurant three times in the past week, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to place an order even once. The short, bald man working there is quite unpleasant. He never greets customers as they enter and seems more interested in his phone than in serving people waiting to order. On my last visit, he actually put on headphones while me and two other customers walked in and began playing on his phone, completely ignoring us. If he is the owner, I really have to question his management. This experience was truly disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the worst customer service I've ever encountered. A male employee of Haitian descent working the night shift yelled at me and used abusive language. I arrived at 9:40 PM, but he insisted they were already closed, even though the front door clearly states they close at 10 PM. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Middle of the day and they ran out of tomatoes. Every time I go there something else is missing. Total bummer. Is there no tomatoes in Publix? Can’t they get 4 boxes instead of 2? Completely unprofessional for a sandwich shop
