Segafredo - Brickell - Miami

Very nice, very helpful and great ambiente. eating was very good. it is not a good place for a regular sit-down dinner. I didn't know when I made the reservation. it felt more like the kind of place they go for drinks and appetizers. I went for my daughter bday and they had a really nice bday tiramisu with sparkles and things. they had a dj, but music was not overwhelming. Once again, there are seating mainly drinks and app style. very little regular tables sitting. overall I liked it very, but next time it will be more for drinks and apps.

Enjoyable happy hour at barcessco with my gf and the service was wonderful and the menu had really good food selection. we drank champagne from the happy hour. trüffelfries were so delicious that we ordered twice. the croquettas were crispy and tasteful; yum. my gf had the briskets tacos and said it was delicious! the calamari was also very good with a diving sauce with added seasoning for taste. the music was brilliant, including an impromptu violin performance! try a great happy hour experience!

Server forgot to eat one of our guests and acted as if we had not ordered them. would not go back, will say if she could only get drinks be a game.

Went there for brunch. Music was good and played at just the right volume. Food was good. The mimosas couldve been a little better.

My party arrived at 3:30pm in Sunday, 30 minutes prior to the end of Brunch. Two people in my party asked waitress if we could still do unlimited mimosa even though 30 mins only left before 4pm. Waitress assured them that they would still be able to do unlimited and she said that unlimited usually comes with 4 pitchers. Shortly after 4pm the waitress said we would have to close out our tab because she was leaving which didn’t make sense to me). The two ladies asked her again if they would still be able to get their next pitchers of mimosa after we close out and she said yes. We close out the tab and ask her for coal refresh for hookah and I reviewed my bill before paying to see there was a charge for coal refill which I have never been charged for at any establishment). I ended up asking for hookah refill since it was $15 opposed to the $10 refresh. They brought the refill with the old coals. We called another waitress over and asked for the pitcher refill and we were told that brunch is over at 4 and so is unlimited mimosa. The ladies explained what our previous waitress told us and she refused again. They requested the manager and she also came out and said that the waitress Szericka) gave wrong info and refused to honor what the waitress told them or refund any money. After the ladies exchanged words with her she reluctantly agreed to refund one of the unlimited mimosa for one girl but still refused to give the other girl her pitcher. The manager later told one of the girls in my party that we were agreesive and rude and she was “fearful”. Overall service at this establishment was terrible and it’s no place that I would ever go again.
