Pizza Hut - Miami

I ordered my food and my desert was burned. Very disappointing

Order food two hours ago and still have?t got it don?t order from this place it garbage

The pizza is not very good honestly. There are people, who rave about Pizza hut but I don't see why. I prefer other chains, that I think have not only better quality pizza but also better prices. The staff was super friendly thou.

Hello i am very disappointed with my service I called this Pizza Hut and the customer service person was giving attitude so I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. His name was aleaski or I don?t know how to spell it but he lied. I told my friend to call and ask if he was the manager and he wasn?t so he first gave attitude to the customer second he lied about his position this is very disappointing

If you can order from another location I urge you to. It will save you heartbreak if you love pizza. Generally, I love Pizza Hut. This location, however, just doesn 't cut it. I 'm a pizza guy I get it once a week. Out of probably 20 orders for this particular location, I have been disappointed in at least 15 of them. I ask for extra sauce in the online form and in the comments put EXTRA SAUCE, PLEASE. They have forgotten it every time that I have gone. Twice I have stayed and had them remake it so that it actually has any sauce at all on it. On another occasion, I got an extra sauce cup on the side instead? I would give this location a 3 star because they do, in fact, sometimes get it right...but the sheer number of problems and heartbreaks mean that if you can order from somewhere else you should.
