Beautiful pool area, very chilled. Service was excellent and the food too.

We encountered a reservation mix-up that we only realized upon entering our room. When we returned to the front desk for assistance, the attendant immediately started defending the decision to give us a different and smaller room rather than asking how he could help us. It was frustrating to feel that he knew about the issue all along and was merely waiting to see if we would notice. To make matters worse, since it was the weekend, no one was available to help us resolve the problem. Our stay was just a few nights, and despite paying a significant amount, we ended up with a room and bed that were much smaller than what we had originally booked. If someone had made an effort to assist us, even if a resolution wasn’t possible, I would have rated them higher.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool, surrounded by stunning plants, including a variety of heliconias and a beautiful plumeria tree. The vegetarian options were impressive, and the staff was friendly with great service. I will definitely return!

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away. However, we waited 15 minutes at our table without anyone coming to serve us or even acknowledge our presence. After waiting that long, we decided to leave. I won’t be returning and definitely won't be recommending this place to my friends or colleagues—service was disappointing!
