Mcdonald's - Miami

The evening staff is friendly, but the food quality was disappointing. Unsalted fries and chicken that tasted overcooked and frozen were major letdowns.

This is by far the rudest drive-thru staff I have ever encountered. Wow. On top of that, she dropped my order at the window, blamed me, and didn't even apologize. What is happening in this world? Speaking Spanish is fine, but not everyone does. Can you say rudeness? This is so low class. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I do expect common courtesy and respect. I am truly shocked.

The employees at this restaurant are similar to those at most McDonald's locations - they seem lazy and often make excuses about broken machines or missing items. However, I still continue to go because they are obligated to make my coffee. Overall, placing a good order has always been a struggle here.

The morning window employee helped me take advantage of a great deal on breakfast sandwiches and saved me money. It?s not often an employee goes above and beyond to help in that way. Highly recommend this McDonald?s.

I need to say the drive thru staff were very kind and so nice. I ordered drive thur for friends who were working and such a disappointment the food was for them. My dog who loves McDonald's refused the rest of a double cheeseburger but the fries tastedfreezer burnt and one of the crispy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt. I spent $21.00 and the friends didn't get toeat and the dogs were not impressed. I stopped eating fast food long ago but tried two fries and what a disappointment. Don'twaste your money.
