I've eaten at this chain before but never at this location. First, I must say that the service is amazing! They are all very nice and quite attentive. We ordered salchipapa criollas, the standard hot dog, arepa con queso and a milkshake (I think was cookies and cream). Everything was delicious! My favorite was the salchipapas. They really are the best I have ever tried! Can't wait to go back for more. Food: 5

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Initially, I was told that no one spoke English, but then a server came over and helped, which I greatly appreciated, and I made sure to tip him well for his assistance. However, the floors were quite dirty and littered with trash from customers. I was really disappointed with the food quality for the price. I ordered a picada because I'm familiar with the dish from El Toro Loco, but what I received was lechon with overcooked, fried bits, along with two sides. I was told I’d get fried sweet potato and something else, but I instead got regular fries and a ball of fried potatoes. This is definitely not a picada. I felt totally bamboozled!
