Little Caesars Pizza - Miami

No ATMs on the front. Very bad service. Only orders online. Crazy. The new normal?

Luis who works at this location gave me a lecture about how I should not expect them to answer the phone or work quickly at this location. He proceeded to talk down to me, calling me names like ?young girl? and condescending to let me know why the pizza I ordered would take a long time. I let him know I had called twice to order, and he instructed me I should not call and should be happy to wait. I had to order here for my company but will go out of my way never to come here again.

So much potential, wasted on poor management. Customer Service?what customer service? This is the worst managed establishment. The staff always seems minimum manned and stressed out. The pizzas look poorly made. If you could avoid this place, I would highly recommend. If you are reading this and you are the manager/owner, re-evaluate and course correct asap.

Just had the regular cheese and it sucked. I think they changed the recipe. The slices of pizza broke off unevenly and it seemed not fresh.

Just please do not even order from here, or online. Go someplace else. I was waiting for one hour alongside so many other people just for one pizza. One pizza. Cashier was not even present. He would go to the back and disappear. Waste of time.
