The employees here are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is great with plenty of options, and the ham croquetas are the best I've ever had. Parking is generally good, although it can get crowded at times. It's a nice spot for gathering with friends over coffee. However, the owner has a policy that limits your time at the outside tables to just 30 minutes. They will ask you to leave if you stay too long, even if you are purchasing food or drinks. La Capital used to be a wonderful place for friends to meet, but with these time restrictions, it's difficult to want to come back.
