Hooters - Miami

Service usually takes a bit long; however, tonight I left the restaurant after seating there for 40 minutes without anyone noticing that we were there. I asked one of the girls for help and she said they are coming and that was it. My daughter and Iwere invisible. A couple came in and sat down 10 minutes after us right on the next table and they took their order. The onlyreason why I am not giving it 1 star is because in other occasions the service has been better. It is a Monday night, it was notthat busy.

The service here could definitely use some improvement; it takes quite a while for the staff to notice you and take your order. I’m not sure why I’m even sitting at a table if no one is attending to me. Meanwhile, the waitstaff seem more focused on their phones at the bar. On a positive note, the wings are really good and have maintained their quality consistently over the years.

The atmosphere and food were enjoyable, but the review could have been better if they offered vegan options. When my wife inquired about them, the only response was a salad and fries. Additionally, the bathrooms were in need of cleaning; an employee walked in, saw the wet floors and trash scattered around, but simply walked out without taking any action.

I'm not usually a fan of salads, but the Chicken Caesar salad here is an exception. The chicken is tender, and all the greens are really fresh. I want to give a special shoutout to my server, Karla, who always greets me like family and ensures that everything I order is prepared just the way I like it. Some of the other servers could learn a thing or two from her about how to properly attend to customers. Overall, I really enjoy this Hooters!
