Dunkin' - Miami

The wait here is typically quite long—really long, in fact. However, the line does move fairly quickly. My orders are consistently accurate, and the food is always served hot.

I asked for a hot coffee with cream and sugar. they gave me a slightly warm coffee without sugar. when I told them that the coffee was cold, they put in a microwave and added more sugar to him.

If I couldn't do a star, I would have needed 30 minutes to get our food and the workers were so rude when we had asked where it was. At least 10 others also wait and the workers didn't even seem to care. 0/10 recommend this location.

I live less than 100 feet from this restaurant and have been here for about four years. I have to say, every time I visit, it’s a frustrating experience. The staff is friendly, but they move at a snail's pace. I left my house at 10:28 to grab a coffee, and with only two cars ahead of me, it’s now 10:48 and I’m finally leaving. It’s unbelievable how slow this place is. I also had to wait 10 minutes just for a reheated item! It’s truly awful. I would not recommend coming here.

I had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin’! The coffee was excellent, and I was impressed by how quickly my food and drinks were served—everything arrived in under four minutes. I noticed a woman yelling at what I assume was the manager, but she handled the situation remarkably well. I felt bad for her being yelled at. On a positive note, the cashier was incredibly friendly. This location has become my go-to spot for iced coffee every day!
