Dunkin' - Miami

The donuts are delicious, but the price might not be worth it. Overall, I'd rate it 5 out of 5 for the food.

I had to repeat my order ten times. The two bilingual women ended up passing our order to someone else who didn’t even read the card numbers. They just bark orders at everyone. When we finally received our whole bagel, we specifically requested that the cream cheese be on the side—something we mentioned five times—but they still didn’t do it. It's outrageous. I will not be returning! They need to get their act together and actually learn how to make coffee, because it was terrible.

After I ordered a Chai Latte, he pushed my drink towards me without saying a word. I have to say that this experience has made me prefer Dunkin’ over this place for a reason: Dunkin' employees are usually much more attentive, though I’ve noticed that they can be rude around 80% of the time. Unfortunately, my Chai Latte just tasted like milk, and I finished it in just a few sips since it was 90% ice. UPDATE: I decided to give it another shot with a mobile order, but unfortunately, I encountered the same rude employee. She told me they were out of syrup, and when I asked for vanilla instead, I hoped for a smooth exchange. Instead, she awkwardly poured me a very small amount of drink, and when I mentioned there was no cold foam, she poured a tiny amount of whipped cream on top. Whipped cream is not the same as cold foam! This has been a frustrating experience, and I'm not inclined to return again.

There is no toilet seat in the bathroom, because the man is ok, but for the woman, come on the dunking we love her

I usually like going to DD depending on the location that I am at. Visited this DD and must say the customer service in this establishment is none existing. Rude, nasty and depressed employees. How this place can be opened to serve the public as a eatery is incomprehensible.
