Domino's Pizza - Miami

Terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed an order, waited for 2 hours, and received no notification that my delivery was canceled. The service was very unprofessional.

The chicken wings were terrible! The sauce was just thrown on top and the chicken was unappetizing. I ended up throwing out all the wings after only eating one. The cheese on the pizza was also subpar. I have had Domino's many times before, but this experience was a letdown.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! They never answer the phone and if they do, they hang up on you. I placed an online order for delivery at 9pm, but the app tracker showed that my pizza was still being prepared after an hour and a half. After multiple attempts to contact the store, I gave up and placed a new order at a different location on Ponce for carryout. The new location completed my order in just 11 minutes. By the time I returned home and finished my meal, a driver from the original location finally showed up at 11:20pm, a whopping 2 hours and 20 minutes after I placed my first order. I spent 45 minutes on hold with the store's customer service trying to get a refund and cancel the order, but my credit charge is still pending and I have yet to receive a refund. It's unclear if anyone at the original location is even alive or working. Avoid this place at all costs!

Was calling to place an order, was over 15 minutes and no one picked up the phone. We headed to the Dominos and started calling again walked in with the phone still ringing and the Dominos phone was not ringing. When I tod them the advised they dont answerwhen they r short staffed. Their was 5 employees 3 were not doing anything 1 was making a pizza and the other which advised she was an assit. Manager from another store because they r short staffed and had to go in their to work she had an adittude.She was really not busy as she came out of her way to the front when I was talking to the manager. The store was not busy. Theywere being lazy. The phones should always be attended no excuse. I have been in many Domino Stores and no matter how busy theyhave been or how many emoyees they have the phones are answered. I know people that have worked at different Dominos and whathappen today was just not right. Never have I ever seen such bad Customer service. I was tgeir around 4:30pm

The cashier was extremely rude, making for a terrible experience. It was clear she did not want to be there and went out of her way to make everyone else feel unwelcome.
