Diced - Miami

Ordered vegan chicken , got real chicken , this is not the first time. it was late by the time I got home (30 min away real bummer when hungry and spent hard earned money , especially these times when inflation is through the roof … diced please be careful with vegan orders .

I have passed this place more than a hundred times and totally blew it off as if it were one of these generic self-serve salad places that I promised myself I’d never visit again. But yesterday, a friend of mine suggested we’d go there so I didn’t say anything and went — WHAT AMAZING FOOD. I can’t believe I ignored this place for so many years. This is the type of fast casual establishment that cares about the details. Dining room area, clean, bathrooms, clean, food quality and detail, perfect. So glad I finally went. This will be in my weekly rotation for sure.

Vegan bowl with vegan 3X sauce. Tasty, fast, fresh, cheap. If there was one of these near me, I would eat it often and probably be healthier than I am.

I have been a loyal customer of diced for over 5 years I visit many of their locations weekly , I usually spent over $300.00 per month between lunch and dinner Today I stopped by the diced of Pinecrest around 3:58 PM to get my usual lunch and I run into a very disappointing experience that I have never experienced before, a young male guy took my order, I always order the same, my chicken bowl without cheese, dressing, corn, onions and I pay extra for quinoa and avocado which is fine as these items are specified in the menu for extra charge. Since they have replaced the black olives with broccoli I have always ask for extra broccoli and never got charged extra for this vegetable at any of the diced locations which I believe is the correct action specially when I am not taking cheese, sauce and many other veggies. This fellow wanted to charge me extra for the broccoli which I found this activity very unpleasant, I tried to explain to him that I’m a very loyal customer and I have never been charged for extra broccoli at any of the 5 locations that I frequently visit however he kept insist that he is going to charge me for, long story short I ended canceling my order and went to grab lunch at Raw South. If diced doesn’t want my business anymore, there are other places that will take my business. Thank you Diced for my beautiful and great experiences for over the past 5 years, I will miss your food but certainly you will miss my business.
