Dale Arepa Healthy Bistro Miami

The arepa was delicious, I ordered the one with "queso de mano" They put enough cheese that I tasted it and it was very good. The Frescolita was a 12 oz can and as any Frescolita it taste good too, maybe the cost of it a bit high, but I think prices have increase so I dont blame the restaurant for it. Overall my experience was excellent, so I do recommend it.

Just had for the first time and that healthy arepa is outrageously delicious. I order from a lot of Venezuelan places including one right in front doggies and this one blew others out of the water and its healthier. Will order many more times and items !

The arepas here are delicious and the empanadas with plenty of ingredient inside Are very good too!

The empanadas were hot, delicious and they taste as if they just came from the oven. The arepa with "queso de mano" was really good (if you love cheese you will love this one) and the ginger and lemon shot was very good.

The arepa with "queso de mano" was one more time delicious. I have not tried yet the chicken empanada so I can not give an opinion except that it looks very good from outside. I continue to recommend them.
