Caviar Russe Miami

We had the most amazing experience last night in Caviar Russe Miami! Once you find your way through the curtain, the entire experience is 10/10. We ate plenty of caviar and disappeared their tasting menu (even if we couldn't eat another drop). The file on your current menu is different from anything I've ever had. It is absolutely disgusting that a seafood tower of this caliber exists at all!! Every single thing was brilliant. Service was top notch. I wouldn't have a special cocktail menu like the CR in NYC, but we managed with their full bar! The Martini was a 10/10 and perfectly paired with the caviar! The Tagliatelle with truffles was crazy! I am glad that I live so far from both locations or I would take out a second mortgage to the size that is Caviar Russe! Not sure if it's on her menu, but she gave us Caviar Crème Brûlée... and it's ruined dessert for me forever... You will find nothing as good as that!!!

Anniversary dinner was amazing to say the least. Michelin star quality meals and very exclusive, only 8 seats!

Food and experience were spectacular!!! Classic Osetra caviar were fresh and FAB! Love all the accompaniments!! Toro Tartare, Kumamoto Oysters, Soft Scrambled Egg w/ Brioche and Caviar were to die for! Best caviar baked potato, filet mignon and tagliatelle pasta w/ Summer Black Truffle and egg yolk is the best pasta dish I have ever eaten! Chocolate Hazelnut was diving!

The meal was unique and delicious, service was wonderful. The special treatment for my birthday was the cherry on the top, we were blown away. Thank you for a perfect evening!
