Smoothie King - Miami Gardens

Turned into employees fight with a customer / employee on his day. Had to ask if someone would accept my order. Had the worst smoothie I ever had, like burnt coffee mixed with ice. They had to have missed an ingredient on my order.

We went to the next to this smoothie king, and it was 7:30 and there was a song on the door, that said closed No Staff.. And when I looked inside, there were 3 employees who did nothing. I knocked and nobody looked around. I guess they don't want to work

They make good smoothies but they're never open on time. 5 stars for smoothies and 2 stars for never being open on time. It's 7:45 and it's no one here smh. This location opens at 7am except for the weekends

I got sick from an unblended smoothie strawberry mango and it also tasted salty. I spoke to a manager Kat today and even though I purchased in the app I have no receipt proof. This is petty to receive a refund I have to call the cooperate office. Go to the location 3 miles from here in Hialeah It?s workers are Hispanic good service and fast and better smoothies! Very disappointed I spoke to a black male manager in the past was very nice. This girl I don?t know where her service comes from horrible It was bought on 12/30 11:40 am busy Friday !!
