Afterward, we went upstairs to see the salsa club run by the restaurant, but had to leave soon after due to people smoking despite Miami's smoking ban. The dinner cost $102.00 per couple, excluding drinks. While the food and wait staff were excellent, the management's lack of consideration and professionalism was disappointing. I would have had a better time at McDonald's, where the management is more polite and better trained. What was supposed to be a pleasant night with friends turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience that no amount of complimentary dessert could make up for. The management should have at least warned me when I made the reservation that we would be sharing space with a noisy private party.

I have sampled Cuban restaurants from Phoenix to Miami, and this one is definitely the top choice when it comes to both food and service.

My husband and I stumbled upon YUCA restaurant on 501 Lincoln Rd while walking down Lincoln Rd. The restaurant was crowded but we were seated promptly. The service was relaxed and welcoming. The dishes were beautifully presented and the food was delicious. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more seasoning for Cuban food, but overall it was enjoyable. We had a wonderful time sitting outside, watching people and having a delightful dining experience. If the prices were a bit lower, it would have been ideal. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend trying YUCA.

We recently came in for drinks and had a lovely time. We had dined here years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I highly recommend this place for both dining in and stopping by the bar.

Our visit to Yuca Restaurant in Miami Beach was the best part of our brief trip to Florida and will definitely be a must-stop on our future visits.
