Maxine's Bistro - Miami Beach

Restaurant would not honor our reservation. they claim they have no connection to opem table. they don't have a phone, so we had to go there to confirm. we used to go to happiness on the day so that we had time to find another restaurant that would accommodate us.

What a great place! The food was great, live Salsa band on Saturday morning, **** Mary was yummy, and loved sitting on the patio watching the beautiful people go by. Christopher the manager was so nice and took care of our reservation issue right away! Highly recommend!

The service was horrible and the food was mediocre. Wouldn’t go back.

The hostess was rude, but beside that everything else was good.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The outside seating had a nice ambiance.. That was about it as far as the positives go. The food was just ok... nothing spectacular, and was incredibly expensive. Our server was bad. We could hardly find him, it took forever to get refills on drinks, etc. Then they automatically put a gratuity on the bill. For the four of us (2 kids 2 adults) with mainly sandwiches and no alcoholic beverages it was almost $100. Definitely not worth the cost. There are many other great places to eat in Miami other than this one.
