Gale South Beach, Curio Collection By Hilton

A big friend reserved a group of rooms for a bunch of us in mid-February 2023 for a fiftyth birthday party. Our overall experience with the hotel, restaurant, staff and amenities (pool, terrace, meeting room) was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly, helpful and all had a friendly and positive demeanor. They allowed us to gather until late in the night on the terrace, which we did not expect, but ended to promote an amazing social time for 30 of us. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciate the central location of the hotel for everything we wanted to do with the rest of the birthday party crew, including the relationship of the Gale with the Shelborne Hotel on the beach for quick access to the beach. We stayed for five nights and wished we could have stayed longer! 100% would stay here again!#50InMiami

The Gale review We had 14 rooms at our group price when we celebrated two 50th birthdays. #50InMiami The whole place has a very cool mood. Lots of space to congregate. The rear entrance at Valet has a large bar area with inside and outside door seat that was not used My friend was booked at The Betsy and although we did not see his room, the lobby/bar area was not as big as in the galley and he paid $800 per night. The Gale by a combination of price and good reviews. The pool and the terrace are excellent. There is a large covered bed in the pool area overlooking the sea that at any other place would rent $300 per day. First aid. The lack of a parking garage is all parking spaces valet. We forgot something in our car and had to wait 15 minutes until they get it and bring it to us just to let them park again. Whatever I get it, it is south beach no ton parking available. 12 o'clock check outCharming lobby and hallways, great pictures from old Miami everywhere. Dolce Restaurant was comfortable and had great food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many restaurants nearby, but we landed there much from convenience. To come to the hotel through the restaurant Collins page was a little strange, but when the staff met us, it was like coming home They turned the super bowl for us on the terrace led through the restaurant, not the hotel. They wrote me during the stay to ask if I needed anything. That was nice. I want the exact shower in my house! Cant gives this place enough stars, it was all we needed to be for our big group and more.

Nice hotel, but not directly on the beach. The lobby, the elevator, the halls, everything was nicely decorated. Service was also nice. The room was nice from the bed, the furnishings, the beautiful rain shower. Unfortunately, I have the worst room. Look at my pictures. My room had a terrible look at the hotel dumpers, was woken up in the morning by the services, the people garbage. The room was very loud and I couldn't find out why!!! The Gale South Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton in Miami Beach is a great place for a high quality stay in the middle of everything. I like the situation and everything they have available here. I was impressed by her service level. Excellent experience every time I was here.

Nice location. Easy to miss. Terrible service. I got to my room and the TV and phone didn't work. I called to have someone take a look. They came three times that night and couldn't resolve the issue. We were out the next day. We got back in the evening and it still didn't work and they left the box
