Big service hot served pommes burger and so I like my eating

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was overcooked and had no favor.

It's burger king... It was close to closing time, but that's no excuse to be willing to serve cold fries, and the worst parts of the lettuce on any clients food... I did request fresh fries. The manager was prepping food without wearing gloves (for safety), put everything in the microwave, he was tearing 1 slice of bacon in half, and only giving 1 napkin for your order. Even the cashier was about to serve fries after handling money... Well I stopped him from handling mine like that. They Seriously needs to follow HEALTH STANDARDS, and QUIT feeding customers the scraps on the food we are expecting.

Terrible Service. Visited and ordered 2 burgers, waited about 30 minutes, heard the employees laughing and joking around while I waited. Got annoyed and asked for my burgers. The cashier just looked at me and turned around and asked the cook to make my burgers. I asked him if he was barely making my burgers. He ignored me. Another employee walked by, I asked him if he was the manager, he nodded yes. I tried to explain my frustration and Manager Luis Rosas simply stated in spanish, that I was not in the U.S. and I would have to wait till they're ready. I demanded my money back. He threw the money on the counter and smirked. I will never ever visit a Burger King again. STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Went to a nearby Carl's Jr. Where they valued my business.
