Whataburger - Mexia

I've had issues every time I've visited this location, but today was the worst experience yet. They were busy, which I understand, but I was disappointed to find there were no napkins included with my meal, and I had not been informed about that when I ordered. When I received my food, my burger was cold, as were the fries, which is surprising given how packed the restaurant was. Additionally, the bottom of the bun was hard. Overall, I will not be returning to this place.

Terrible service. I was told curbside pick-up would be ready in 35 minutes, but no one came out. I had to go inside, only to find my food sitting there cold. I absolutely do not recommend this place! This has happened before; it's a frequent issue.

I ordered takeout through the drive-thru. The food was tasty and served hot.

That's it. it's a whataburger. the personal is friendly. eating is standard whataburger tariff. I wish whataburger would be constantly changing to serve the breakfast. I love their cookies and gravy, but they only serve them between 11 and 11 o'clock.

The casser first got our order wrong, overwhelmed us and when we tried to get it fixed on the second window and confused the 2nd girl even worse.
