Both the dirt and the sugar.Material mozzarwlla tomato, cannelloni dish of couragette, nutmeg and tomato, raw tomato sauce and its crumesan, chocolate pie dessert and banana. I'm not a vegan, but I went there by curiosite. I personally loved and didn't feel frustrated in the choice of food. Even the mozzarella vegan was good. it is sour to be able to eat healthy while being happy :) I therefore strongly recommend this restaurant: excellent dishes, discreet service of the boss, calm atmosphere, correct prices. the restaurant has only ten seats.
We had lunch with my vegetarian daughter and it was a nice surprise for both of us. the menu offers an entry, a dish and a dessert that change every day. everything is raw but really tasty and the portions will even hold the most glide. teas are varied and all excellent. if the person in charge who is also in the kitchen may seem cold at first glance it is actually passionate about vegan cuisine and makes it want to be interested in it.
We went with family in this restaurant because my son-in-law is vegan and my vegetarian daughter, me who follows carnivore I thought I would fall in a place where I was going to go out hungry in the belly, but I didn't like this place with a decoration of another time, raw products, we're sure it's done on site we hear the sound of the mixers! we took spaghetti zucchini mushroom sauce, very pretty consistent plates, I did not like the brownie dessert, the particular texture. the only flat the woods are expensive and the painting in the toilets that represent a duck hunt in such a restaurant, could he not know?
Bravo to the team of this vegan bistro in my dear French city. For our first visit at the end of the afternoon we were all able to love pies and other soft specialties, and soon it will be the others, certainly not too salty, because healthy and vegan. Thanks again for your dear welcome!
Very good surprise. vegan restaurant specializing in raw-food. entrance: radish ravioli, flat: blossom and falafels, dessert, apricot pie. with drink : infusion cinnamon houblon and orange zest at all at 35€ to 2. good value quality price. the products are top, well cooked and seasoned. vegetarian for years, I totally recommend this restaurant. attention the fact that the kitchen is mainly raw could scrape some that are not accustomed to such a kitchen, but frankly, the flavors and quality are at your disposal.
