Hatch44 Cafe - Metuchen

I love this place! it is so cozy and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. not to mention the food is never disappointing! I was there a few days ago and tina was our server. she made sure my mother was in law, dancing and I were all happy. if they weren't here yet, they must go and be sure to ask for tina!

My favorite place. from the decor to the coffee, the atmosphere and the fresh food it is only the perfect brunch. tyler was our waiter, he was friendly, funny and so personal. kudos to the cook and whoever created the menu that gave an upgrade. you have to try the oh honey parfait!

Hatch44 is small, secret and a great place for a weekend brunch. The staff is friendly, eating affordable and so advertised and definitely delicious. My only suggestion would be if you plan to visit, please arrive early, this place is very popular. My friend and I came at 1:00 on a Saturday, waited about 25 minutes to get because they were busy and waited for about another 30 minutes to come to the food. It is understandable because it is a small restaurant and is short everywhere, but waiting could be frustrating for someone who can hang up. The staff mentioned for the month August 2022, they will move to another place and probably reopen early September 2022. So if you think about going, I would give them a call to make sure they're back so you can enjoy your favorite brunch!

That's one of my favorite places. their drinks and eating are both pala tasty and never disappointed. they also have a seasonal menu (food drinks,) which is good enough to stay, and is worth trying again for new things. the service here was always good for me and my friends.

Very cute place, but it was a bit small. Clean and have a nice aesthetic place where I would love to study or hang around longer, but because of how small the place is the moment you are done eating they?ll bring the check since there are people always waiting. The staff were super friendly. Food was so delicious, I tried the Avo Grilled Toast (Spicy) and Lox Benedict. Amazingly well done. They also had vegan and vegetarian options which I really respect. There are some drink selections, not a lot and we wanted to try the Matcha Blossom Fresca but sadly they were out. It was even our waiter?s favorite so we really wanted to try. Service was not too bad, since we were 9 people (we did needed to get separated to 4 5 people groups so that we could sit). I definitely recommend this place, it?s a nice and cozy place to have breakfast and/or brunch with friends/family.
