Skippy's Bar & Grill - Metro Manila

I visited this restaurant on the night of the Wimbledon final and the cricket World Cup final. They were showing both games on separate screens, allowing us to watch both simultaneously. The bar offered a range of European bar food and a great selection of beers and other drinks. It was a welcoming place, popular with both Filipinos and expats.

I went to watch the World Cup Cricket semi-final and ordered dinner with a friend at a later time. However, we were informed that the dish we had ordered was not available. Furthermore, they had run out of beer and only had beer available at another location. I would recommend going to Howzat or another alternative instead.

Located in the heart of BGC, this restaurant not only has a great location but also serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Don't miss the Bourbon Ribs, Smoked Half Chicken, and the unique Sisig Pizza. The staff and owners are friendly, and they have big screens showing sports and several TVs. Plus, the music is great too.

Wow my gosh. Great food and imported sausage rolls nicely baked so the pastry was still flaky. Can’t wait to try their steaks

Decidedly average place in a district where there is plenty of high quality eateries at every price level. I ordered a beer and pie chips. The beer was fine but the chips were from a packet (oven crackle chips I believe) and the pie...was tiny (see photo). This is supposedly an Aussie gastropub well serve a pie that small in a decent pub in Oz and your customers would certainly give you some blunt Aussie feedback. The free WiFi was high speed but this wouldn’t be enough to tempt me to return.
