Downtown and Halsted - Metro Manila

The pasta at this restaurant is incredible! I tried the seafood pasta on a Thursday night. The ambiance is lovely, with bright lights in the evening until 9 o'clock, but then they dim down when the DJ starts playing at 11 o'clock. We ordered the braided pork belly with rice, which was delicious but the portions were small. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. They have a bartender/magician every night except Wednesday. Their fresh fruit juice is also amazing.

Some items lacked taste, some foods were too salty. the service was slow, even if the space was only half full. it felt like we were unwilling. the works of light and art on the walls were interesting.

Located in the inner city and Halstead, FMU offers a variety of dishes and beverages at reasonable prices. The mushroom soup, priced at Php250.00, was thick and pure with visible liquefied mushrooms, although it was a bit too salty for my taste. The tikka wrap, priced at Php240.00, was served with tzatziki sauce and was quite filling. The portobello and quinoa salad, priced at Php250.00, was a healthy option with just the right amount of flavor and not overly salty. The pork, chicken, and lengua skewers were all delicate and flavorful, with the pork skewer being particularly delicious when paired with rice. The krispy pork knuck, priced at Php580.00, was a standout dish with crispy, flavorful pork and a delicious dipping sauce. The baby rib, also priced at Php580.00, was slightly salty but still tasty. The chorizo pasta, priced at Php385.00, had a strong chorizo flavor but the sauce was a bit too thick. The seafood pasta, priced at Php350.00, was not a personal favorite, as the choice of seafood seemed off. The buffalo tenders, priced at Php290.00, were another favorite with deep blue cheese sauce. The restaurant also offers freshly squeezed juices and impressive latte art. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the value for money was good despite being slightly expensive. The restaurant has artistic interiors and is a great spot to meet with friends. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and worth paying for.

I'm in order with a little darkness. However, this was missing from neon lights in a dark bar. Eating and drinks are affordable.
