During the breakfast variety tends to be missing sometimes, and it would be nice to see more championing of local foods, and produce (and be more clearly marked). The chefs are very open to comments, though, and are always willing to make a chat, or take feedback on board, like Chef George. The waiting staff are truling amazing, they made this stay truly memorable, and made us feel at home, because of people like Mau (shout out :-)), Angel, Airra, Miss Dane, Jelo, Danilo, Jess, Miss Jenny, Jelyn, and many, many more. Their service oriented attitude and kindness is above and beyond, and they are also truly interested to talk to you, and get to know you (when it's not too busy off course :-)). I'm hoping that the restaurant will cherish these people, because they are the face of the restaurant, and make the experience truly memorable....and keep people coming back.
Variety of food is not really many but the taste was good. I wish you had a mangoes my daughter really loves it. Staff is great and friendly.
We're family of 5, with kids 12 years old and below. Had buffet breakfast there. Staff were very friendly,attentive and always check if we need anything. My kids enjoyed the food especially the dessert. Food was tasty, however, there were limited choices.
My family and I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant Alta; which is runs/owns by Margarita Forés (a Filipino chef, was named Asia's Best Female Chef 2016) during our stay at Ascott BGC for 3 days 2 nights . Their best-sellers Porkchop, Pork Adobo, Mushroom Tris Passato, The Cheeseburger, Malcolm Lee's Coconut Cream Panna Cotta, Classic Broas Tiramisu are all a must-try here! The staff are all nice and polite.So recommended when you visit BGC! or stay in Ascott BGC!
We had our Board meeting at ALTA's private room the service was great as well as the food. They provided excellent service and the waiters are very attentive and efficient.
