Pho Oxtail - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Good Vietnamese food. We've had the oxtail pho before but for the value stick with rare beef pho. Also ate the BBQ Bahn mi, bread is so soft, make sure to eat it right after it's served and you won't regret it. Vietnamese iced milk coffee is really good too and a nice way to finish off your meal. And if you want some bubble tea there is a shop a few storefronts over.

I really like it here. The portion is huge. Medium is a lot for me. Bahn mi is very good too.

Very bad. I ordered food made notes. They didn’t follow any directions. Not even 1 direction. And I paid extra to get the food.Profanity????? You probably do not know the meaning of profanity. Upset?Yes, I was. I paid $39 for a combo noodle with extra noddles that costs about $17 and the extra noodles $2.50. Then I also asked for spring rolls that costs about $6, plus taxes and all other fees. I paid for a service to deliver it to me. It was not the driver’s fault nor Uber Eats. You didn’t read the notes, you even read the notes on the phone to me so you had access to them and I added the notes twice, but nothing on the notes was followed and no extra noodles. Then you wanted me to go and pick up a new order? Spend more money in gas and so forth????? You hung up the phone on me because I was not happy with the options you were giving me. I did not curse at you nor have I spoken with you in a wrong way. I simply said no, I am not doing that. You made the mistake, you should fix it. Not me. Customer Service- the worst!People can read how you actually are with your comment, I never cursed during the call. And besides, you never called me to apologize. I called you and I have proof that I was the one who called, and after you hung up, I called 3 times but it went straight to voicemail that you haven’t set up. So you are lying 2 times. You never apologized for the mistake you have made and you think people can just drop everything and go to your restaurant and pick up a new order. Learn from your mistakes, try to fix what was wrong and learn to apologize. Have a nice day!

Try brisket or steak with beef broth/pho -Plus standard rice noodles, fresh Thai basil, sprouts, lime, etc. (I don't use the sauces they provide on Table. But most people do. Good value for your money considering the Quality AND Location. Now that I've moved, I REALLY miss this place.Parking: Even if you must park at the end of the shopping Strip (the Tobacco shop , it is worth it to try this restaurant.

I usually like to order my food from here. But on this particular day, I ordered food on DoorDash to do a pick up order. I came in to pick up my order and 2 female workers were at the front counter. (Keep in mind, they had a few screws missing)I showed them my order on my phone and they looked at me so clueless like I was speaking another language. I asked if they had my order ready and they said someone else came before me and picked up my order not knowing that it was mine. Long long story short, the airheads remade my order and one of the ladies tried to charge me but the other girl stopped her from charging me because I had proof that I already paid.Before I said thank you, the lady (that tried to charge me) was speaking in her own language (I knew she said something slick) which pissed me off because she was too afraid to say her slick comment to my face like a real woman. I looked at her for a second , said thanks to the other girl and walked out. Whoever the owner is, needs to hire people that know how to handle customers, that have common sense and doesn’t give away someone else's order like it’s Christmas. My money will certainly go somewhere else…….
