The food is excellent and the service is good. It's a little on the expensive side, but certainly worth the money for special occasions. If you have less than 8 in your party, you may have to wait a bit for them to fill the table space, even with reservations.

Food we terrible, everything soaked in soy sauce. It tastes like all the leftovers of day drenched in soy sauce. There was a patron at our table being rude to the chef and our party felt awkward being there. There was no entertainment with the food being cooked during the meal service. The money was not worth the food,service or ambiance.

Server kept disappearing and inaccurate with orders and selections Order a drink she never came back till we were almost done eating. Birthday at the table they never sang happy birthday to a lady sitting there at our table but did for others. Just felt a little rushed and disorganized

We had an excellent evening at Kanki! Our chef was very entertaining and kept the table festive and upbeat! It as our family Christmas outing. Happy with the service right down to the table cleanup! Please keep up that level of customer service, because it's rare these days.

Didn't get seated until 8:20, despite having a reservation at 8. Waiter didn't come over to us until about 20 minutes after that. After they paid attention to us, we got good service chef went out of his way to do his best. Food was delicious but be prepared to wait. Raleigh needs an up-scale hibachi place
