Hibachi 101 - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

I went to this restaurant for the first time and everything was excellent and very tasty. The shrimp was extremely juicy and all the dishes I tried were delicious.

I ordered the soba and shrimp dish at this restaurant. I would not recommend it if you are specifically looking for authentic soba noodles, as the ones served here were not traditional soba. Additionally, if you have a gluten intolerance, please note that the noodles were more like ramen than soba. The hibachi sauce did not taste like true hibachi sauce, and the overall flavors were off. However, the portion of shrimp given was generous.
