Five Guys Burgers Fries

I called and requested items to be left off my burger. The burger had all the items on it that I requested to be on the side. The burger was very soggy and freezing cold. The fries were hard and cold. I couldnt even warm the burger up because the lettuce and tomato was stuck to the burger and already soggy. I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash!!!

My food was delivered hot from the grill. The burger and fries are delicious. Use them again

Both my burger and fries were cold. not to mention burger was missing a patty.

Food was great as usual. Good customer service!

Burgers were raw.
