Dunkin' - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

I had the pleasure of being served by Star at this Dunkin location. She had the most amazing energy and was incredibly sweet. She made my day! I ordered a Butter Pecan frozen Coffee, and it was the best one I've ever had.

I went to the restaurant to review the hot food menu. There were four employees working, no line inside, and no one acknowledged me. I waited for the menu to appear on the changing screens, but it never did. After a few minutes, a staff member mentioned they would take my order soon as another employee was busy at one of the cash registers. There was no greeting or apology for the wait. They continued to serve the drive-thru customers efficiently while I stood waiting to order. Eventually, they informed me that the food menu was not available. When they finally took my order, they rang it up on the drive-thru register without explanation. When my order was ready, half of it was missing and I had to remind them to complete it. The hash browns were burnt yet cold and the wrap was dry and crispy as if it had been left out for a while. The service was terrible, the food was subpar, and it was a waste of time. Despite living just 5 minutes away, I will not be returning.
