Black White Coffee, At Videri Chocolate Factory

Used to love their beans, but I don't like how they have made up all these new names for processing... like what is thermal shock red bourbon? Terrier washed? Strawberry Daiquiri? The peach/lychee coferment stuff with actual fruit was an assault on the senses. I like natural/washed coffees, so maybe it's my fault for ordering the weird stuff

Black and White Coffee have a great coffee shop inside the Videri chocolate factory (fantastic chocolate options at Videri too). This is a very cool and unique shop setup, with plenty of outdoor seating available.

Very chill vibe, the staff are pleasant and experienced. The seasonal cherry coffee soda and iced mocha are really good. Based on other reviews, their latte art seems to be one of the best in the area. I will try hot chocolate and latte next time I pass by.

Kenzie is a great baristas and worth the extra drive. While the place is a bit harder to get to, being down town, it is very much worth it!

Rude. Horrendous customer service – as many other reviewers have observed. The workers at this location clearly don't want to a) work b) serve customers and c) create a welcoming environment people want to return to. Good help is clearly hard to find because this location is pervasively staffed with substandard employees. There are plenty of other welcoming coffee shops – don't waste your time or money here. Thoroughly unimpressed.
