Pizza Hut - Methuen

I was there the other day, I ordered a big cheese and bread sticks. order was around 12:51, I waited well over 40 minutes before I went to the counter. another customer went up right in front of me, the worker behind the theke wrote on her handy away and ignored several attempts from us to get their attention. when another employee showed up to help us, my order has been in the warmer for a while without anyone calling the order. I'm not coming back to this facility.

I’ve tried hard with this specific location. There are many amazing great local pizza spots but occasionally I want an original hut experience. It’s nostalgic .This place on Haverhill street for the past 5 years or maybe even more has failed to meet any standards of a good pizza spot. Delivery always takes longer than advertised (now they’re using door dash) .The pizza itself is oddly almost never fully cooked and I wish I was exaggerating. It’s pathetic that Ive gotten so many free items because of “mistakes” just for this location to perform the same error. Missing items or completely some else’s order has occurred many times even AFTER complaining. The breads are typically over cooked but the pizza is raw.. explain ? This has been ongoing for years . I’d rather get pizza from the target Pizza Hut express down the street. The only thing this place doesn’t mess up is the pastas .. that’s if they even have the sauce for the pasta you want . Unbelievable.1 star because I have to . Never going to this spot again , I’d rather see the space go to a better business.

Would give less of a star if I could. My friend ordered food online last night. They said it was aceeoted, food in the oven, would be delivered by 10:01pm. We understood they closed at 10 so if there were an issue with the time of the order-you think they would’ve called right? Nope. The tracker still shows “in the oven” this morning. I guess they refunded my friends card after but no one called. No one cancelled the order. After looking at all the other reviews, I can see this isn’t a one off thing.

I ordered my food on the Pizza hut app at 7:26pm. I received a call from the store at 8:03pm saying that they can not deliver my order because they don't have drivers, so I needed to pay with a card to use door dash or I could pick it up. I have two young children at home waiting for their dinner and I don't have a vehicle to pick it up, hence the reason I chose delivery for my option. I never received my food and I will not be ordering from that location again. Haverhill street in Methuen MA.

Ordered a dinner box with no cinnamon sticks (I have a bad allergy to cinnamon). I was told that they would not leave them out of the order. Normally, I'd just say ok and not eat what I can't have. But IM ALLERGIC! I've never in my life, been to a resteraunt that refuses to accomidate a food allergy. Management should be embarassed!
