Outback Steakhouse Methuen

I’ve gotten Uber eats delivery twice at this establishment and each time they’ve forgotten something. The first time was a fairly large order so okay, whatever but the most recent one yesterday was 2 entrees with 2 sides included and somehow one side was still missing. It’s not that hard to cross things off as they’re being packed into the bag. Highly frustrating when someone ends up with nothing

We no longer visit this restaurant due to the reduced portion sizes. Additionally, it is difficult to receive extra sauce, even when requested, resulting in dry food. It is not worth paying for a meal that is dry and lacking flavor.

This outback is super nice and clean! I have been a few times, service is always great. Everyone is on top of everything, but I can't help but to point out the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we had was up to par, and came over to ask us how our meal was. My steak was undercooked a little and he took care of it immediately. I cannot say enough nice things about how this manager is running the outback as well as how the staff is. Food was great too!

This is by far the best restaurant in town!! The best services, always fresh food, great drinks…we never skip a week. Highly recommended

Well the waitstaff was awesome! Our blooming onion was delicious, our burgers were very bland tasting two burger orders came out wrong. Not the Outback that I initially remembered it as...
