Margaritas Mexican - Methuen

Found space random, with low expectations we got fabulous food, big beer selection, amazing environment, but service was missing. Large parking spaces are available.

I often go to Margaritas and the service is good. There is a Haitian waiter (Gentleman) that he is very polite, he always comes around asking if I need something else, etc. they should have more employees like him.

Three times I was here, the waiting staff was absolutely incredible. Super warm, great drinks and food recommendations, many beverage refills that come up for a late guest arrival. The food is always hot and well made

The food was craziness. The only thing worse was the service. We watched the waiter check in the tables around us and don't ask ourselves if we needed anything several times. When we decided we could not continue to try to eat the meal we left, largely untouched napkins on plates waiting for the check. After the waiter ignored us twice, we went to the Hostess Station to get our check. Finally, a manager of a kind came and gave the check to the wrong table. After sorting we were eager to pay and go. When we sent the check back, the manager? asked if we want cartons to take our food home? the food with used napkins on it. The good news is that they got good service around us, mostly, I guess because they drank alcohol. While alcohol is likely to drink you better service at Margarita?s, it will not improve the quality of food. Avoid, especially if not on a bar tab.

Poor customer service. Waiter was too busy flirting with another waitress to pay attention to us. Took forever for the waiter to move dirty cups and plates off the table. Drinks were good though. Spoke to the manager and he wasn?t any help. Said he wasn?t going to do anything about it. First and last time I?ll ever come to this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
